Aku buat blog sekadar suka-suka.. dari suka-suka, aku buat tempat untuk aku luahkan perasaan yang mana aku tak boleh nak luah kat siapa-siapa.. jadi macam-macam yang aku luahkan.. kalau ada terasa dengan kata-kata aku.. aku menyusun sepuluh jari memohon ampun dan maaf.. tapi aku berhak meluahkan apa yang aku rasa jadi korang tak boleh nak judge aku.. ;)

Walking: 8 Tips

 


When you walk, there are a few things you must consider in order to keep your feet and body safe and in good health. Here are a few tips:

1. Wear Proper Shoes
Proper shoes makes walking more comfortable. Feet that don't hurt are more likely to get used.  Therefore, wear proper shoes, and you won't wear out. 

2. Learn To Walk Properly

3. Stay Hydrated
Drink water, but not bottled water. Carry a thermos or stop off at a soda fountain for a phosphate.
4. Safety First
Stick to clean, well-lit places.

5. Notify Others
If you?re walking a great distance, it?s best to let others know what you?re up to in case anything happens.

6. Find a Friend
If you are walking to lose weight, there is nothing better than a friend to motivate you and encourage you.

7. Dress For Occasion
If it is hot, wear a hat and proper sunblock In the winter, wear a few small layers so you can adjust your temperature as necessary.

8. Pack and Spare Shirt
If you are commuting by foot, make sure to bring a change of clothes and some all-neutral deodrant
