Ish.. tibe2 takde idea nak taip kat blog nih. biasala tu..ada pasang surut.. kejap rajin.. kejap malas.. hahahah.. whatever la.. WALKING??!! apa ke benda nya tajuk aku tu kan.. hhahahaha.. masuk semalam, ada lah dalam sebulan (bukan ikut turutan hari) dah aku start exercise dengan berjalan jer. hahahah.. mesti korang gelakkan aku kan.. tapi sebelum gelak baca dulu info nih:
